@JackieForrest@CER_REC A bizarre discussion in which Charlebois describes how the CER scenarios are by design detached from forecasts and at odds with realities of development. He also accepts and encourages the use of these flawed forecasts for policy development. Surely we can do better than this.

@BCG This assumes that Agile is universally appropriate. In Classic strategic environments Agile is likely to be a costly impediment. Hence it could the cause of unnecessary stress on “management” as per the article.
