@LnDConnect Ability to quickly embrace new collaborative tools in the workplace, and the confidence to experiment with them, e.g. we've been thrown into using MS Teams! Also, line management realising more that people and their wellbeing come first, above all current objectives #LDInsight
@LnDConnect I think learner motivation is key, as well as a clear strategy for evaluating learning transfer. And also, sometimes the perception of remote learning could be learning in isolation, whereas remote learning should be as social and collaborative as possible. #LDInsight
@LnDConnect Yes we do, as a distance learning University we have staff located is so many different locations, their environments and work-life balances are all different so we try to deliver learning that suits the needs of this changing society
@AndyLancasterUK@CIPD@KoganPage Hi Andy, thanks so much for the inspiring webinar yesterday. I love social learning and have just been awarded my AVADO CIPD Level 5 L&D Diploma as a first step on a career change into L&D for me. It's such an amazing area of work, so thanks again for such inspiring content!
@LnDConnect Working for a University with less funding available means our L&D activity is starting to focus more on content curation activity and platforms/tools that can host this that helps us reach our widely dispersed workforce
@LnDConnect#LDInsight A great question! I'm moving into L&D as a new career move. I've recently discovered my passion for people development and wellbeing, and I'm interested in how the world of work can be made even better for people through engaging L&D initiatives and connecting.
#LD5_maxlearning Learning transfer means more than just using numbers to evaluate learning activity. It’s about evaluating by sharing stories and knowledge, opening discussion around learner experiences to effectively demonstrate the impact and value of learning.
