@Shehab_ElEtriby Sorry for the outcome. Thanks for sharing, it seems to be a perforation directly into the myocardium, likely occurring after a stent was placed in a small branch or in a myocardial bridge, which can be difficult to assess in this scenarios. Waiting for the rest of the case.
