@Shehab_ElEtriby Sorry for the outcome. Thanks for sharing, it seems to be a perforation directly into the myocardium, likely occurring after a stent was placed in a small branch or in a myocardial bridge, which can be difficult to assess in this scenarios. Waiting for the rest of the case.

Pat w LVEF <50% and FFR less than ∼0.75 or w stenoses 90%-99% will demonstrate an improvement in LVEF with PCI. Those with FFR >∼0.75 or with angiographic stenoses <70% are unlikely to benefit. Resting indices appear unable to predict improvement in LVEF.
