1) Pass the batch on aggregate marks.

Now that SSC has cancelled it's exams, I request OU also to cancel the exams and save lives of students.

As SSC, the grading can be done based on internal marks. I don't think there should be any problems in this method. All others have adopted it. Why not OU?
