Early ablation was associated with:
🟢⬇️ Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Recurrence.
🟢⬇️ All-Cause Mortality.
🟢 A trend toward an association with a lower incidence of stroke.
🚫 No significant effect on Heart Failure.

🔵 Early ablation is more beneficial for AF recurrence in paroxysmal AF, with a notable decrease in benefit over time, while in persistent AF, the benefit remains significant but slightly decreases over time.

🔴 ⬆️ All-Cause Hospitalizations

HFrEF was associated with:-
🔴 ⬆️ Cardiac-Related Hemodynamic Instability
🔴 ⬆️ Cardiogenic Shock
