Day 6
Dear @bankofbaroda@DFS_India@FinMinIndia
I request that a thorough enquiry be conducted into the matter and appropriate corrective measures be taken. Ensure that no family has to suffer due to suicide in the future.
I will tweet daily to remind.

You don't need to know everything to start.
You need to know enough to begin.
Learning happens while doing.
Start with what you know.
Learn the rest along the way.
Start now.
If one day you become rich, remember these ten things:
1. Don't tell anyone, including your parents.
2. Pay off all debts owed to friends, banks, and online lenders first.
3. Once the money reaches your account, don't rush to move it around. Let it sit for a while and think clearly.
4. Don't purchase a house immediately or rent in a higher neighborhood.
5. Don't rush to quit your job right away.
6. Don't acquire a car or luxury goods yet.
7. Don't go into business with friends, relatives, or classmates.
8. If you have children, do everything possible to prevent them from knowing you're rich.
9. Maintain the status quo. Act like nothing has changed.
10. Be cautious with your information and avoid sharing your situation with everyone.
Most people who come into money lose it all because they broke every one of these rules.
Crash imminent.
Jim Richard’s calls for gold to get to
$ 100,000
Today gold is at $4,500
I think silver will hit $200 an ounce
Today silver is at $75.
What do you think?
The best investors are able to see the future and take action.
Remember you do not have to be a victim in this crash.
You can get richer.
Take care
operating cost of PSB ( excluding staff cost )
in FY 2025- 26 was around 1.35 lakh cr .
if government of India implements full five day banking week in PSB then around 10000 cr of this overhead operating cost can be saved in one financial year .
this is only for PSB if you include private sector banks and other banks also then this amount can go up to 20000 cr .
and add to saving of transportation cost of around 20 lakh banking sector employees who will be beneficiary this cost saving can be huge .
only if government has wisdom to see the long term benifits of full 5 days banking week.

🚨 PSU Banks reported a combined net profit of nearly ₹2 Trillion in FY 2025-26.
Yes, ₹2,00,000+ Crore profit.
But despite these record earnings, bankers are still waiting for:
➡ #5DaysBanking
➡ Better working conditions
➡ Proper work-life balance
➡ Adequate staff recruitment
➡ Relief from endless pressure and extended working hours
When profits touch historic highs, why are basic demands of employees still treated like a burden?
The banking system is earning in trillions.
The people running it are still struggling for dignity, time, and humane working conditions.

🚨 PM Narendra Modi today:
- Stop buying gold for next 1 year
- Bring back work from home culture
- Save petrol & diesel ⛽️
- Cut down foreign trips & destination weddings
- Reduce dependency on imported foreign products
Interesting shift in messaging… focus seems to be on conserving forex, fuel and boosting domestic consumption.
Village cousin:
- Makes around ₹8L/year from farming + dairy
- Lives in own ancestral house
- No rent tension
- Most vegetables and food come directly from farm
- Owns 5 acres land worth nearly ₹2 crore
- No EMIs, no loans
- Total net worth: ₹2.2 crore
City cousin:
- ₹45L corporate salary
- ₹40K monthly rent
- ₹35K+ monthly expenses
- Huge home loan burden
- Constant EMI pressure
- Total net worth: ₹18 lakh
10 years later:
Village cousin: ₹3.5 crore
(land value kept increasing)
City cousin: ₹1.2 crore
(most income went into loans and expenses)
Reality:
Big salary looks impressive.
Assets quietly build real wealth.
If you earn ₹1 lakh per month and still feel broke, the problem is you.
Not your job. Not inflation. Not the economy.
You.
Most people do not grow wealth when income increases. They upgrade their lifestyle.
Better phone, higher rent, more eating out, more EMI. Looking rich becomes more important than becoming rich.
Then one bad month comes and everything falls apart.
Meanwhile, someone earning less is investing, building assets, and moving ahead quietly.
Same income.
One builds freedom. One builds pressure.
Choose carefully.
Cheat codes for your body nobody tells you:
1. magnesium before bed — sleep changes overnight
2. eat protein first at every meal
3. walk after eating — kills the blood sugar spike
4. sunlight in the first 30 mins of waking up
5. cold water on your face when your brain won't start
6. stop eating 2 hours before sleep
7. lift something heavy at least 3x a week
free. simple. most won't do it.
If you invest ₹10k every month for 30 years, you’ll build a decent corpus.
If you build a real skill for 3 years, you might not need to wait 30.
This is the power of prioritising correctly.
