In a world where misinformation spreads faster than verified facts, the Lagos Health Misinformation Management Fellows are stepping up to bridge the gap.
Over the past week, Fellows have been actively taking action across communities, addressing myths, promoting accurate health information, and strengthening public trust. From Eti-Osa to Lagos Mainland, Somolu, and Surulere, they have engaged market women, community leaders, and youth groups on the dangers of misinformation, personal hygiene, and the importance of verifying health information before sharing.
The message is clear: “Not Sure, Don’t Share!”
