As India marks 12 years under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji's leadership, the country's economic and industrial transformation reflects the power of bold vision and effective execution. The consolidation of labour laws into four Labour Codes, expansion of social security coverage, and digitalisation of labour services have modernised India's labour ecosystem. Simultaneously, landmark initiatives — PLI schemes, Semicon India Programme, and ECLGS — have deepened domestic manufacturing capabilities, sharpened global competitiveness, and generated meaningful employment opportunities. The PLI-led growth in sectors such as air conditioning stands as a compelling proof of this policy-industry partnership in action: Mr Jasbir Singh, President, @AlOE__India.
