Thanks TFL autopay ULEZ for stressing my 85 year old father for a Autopay £250 fee owed by another driver. My father hasn’t had a licence for 4 years nor a car, he has sent proof he sold his number plate, the new owner should pay and bailiffs appointed SHOCKING

@VirginMoney I’m trying to contact Virgin Money as my father has forgotten his online credentials, the online and telephone banking experience is shocking. The wait times are long and there are separate teams for banking and credit cards, my father will be closing his account.
