They know if they foreclose they go bankrupt themselves

LEFT-HANDED PEOPLE:
1. Only 10% of the world is left-handed, and nobody fully knows why.
2. Left-handers process language in both brain hemispheres, not just one.
3. They are statistically more likely to become artists, musicians and architects.
4. Left-handed people reach anger faster but also recover from it quicker.
5. Studies show they are better at multitasking than right-handed people.
6. Most left-handers subconsciously hide their dominant hand in social settings.
7. They are overrepresented among geniuses,Einstein, Tesla, Da Vinci were all left-handed.
8. Left-handed people dream more vividly and remember dreams more clearly.
9. They are more likely to suffer insomnia and sleep disorders.
10. The world is literally built against them, scissors, desks, keyboards were all designed for the right hand.
11. Left-handed people are more likely to be affected by fear and anxiety due to how their brain processes negative emotions.
12. Ancient cultures considered left-handedness a sign of supernatural power and witchcraft.
CORPORATE HIERARCHY EXPOSED FOR WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS:
1. Most senior leadership positions are occupied not by the most competent people but by the most politically skilled survivors of an invisible war nobody officially acknowledges.
2. The hierarchy exists primarily to protect those at the top from accountability not to ensure the best decisions get made for the organization.
3. Middle management in most companies serves one core function which is to absorb the frustration coming from below and protect the comfort of those sitting above.
4. Titles are handed out strategically when salary increases are not affordable because it costs nothing to make someone a senior associate instead of giving them what they actually deserve.
5. The executive who speaks most confidently in the boardroom is frequently the person with the least actual understanding of what is happening on the ground.
6. Most organizational restructures are not strategic improvements they are political resets that allow leadership to remove threats and reward loyalty under the cover of efficiency.
7. The people with the most institutional knowledge in any company are almost always the lowest paid because they stayed out of loyalty while the ones who left took that knowledge and monetized it elsewhere.
8. Consensus in corporate meetings rarely means everyone agrees it means everyone has decided that disagreeing is not worth the personal cost it will inevitably carry.
9. The annual strategy presentation is largely a performance designed to give shareholders and employees the feeling that someone is in control of a situation that is mostly being improvised.
10. Power in most organizations flows not through the org chart but through access to information, relationships with gatekeepers and the willingness to make others feel that their position depends on your approval.
High performers are rare. In most rooms, they feel out of place. Too intense. Too hungry. Too much. But when you put them around others like them, they come alive. Not because they need competition. But because they finally feel understood. Ambition multiplies in the right environment.
All hell is breaking loose in Puerto Vallarta Mexico
"There was a recent bust of a cartel owned business. Currently, the cartel are wrecking the joint in Puerto Vallarta in revenge. Fighting it out with government forces. They've set some stuff on fire, unoccupied vehicles, gas stations, etc., so yes, its really bad. But, at this time, there are NO attacks on civilians.
But everyone is smartly staying OFF THE STREET. Indoors, at home. And keeping a close eye on the situation. (This is a rather shocking development, because no, there is never this kind of cartel activity or violence in Puerto Vallarta. This is not business as usual)."
@KylitoCapital@VladTheInflator I was referring back to home owners who owned homes for decades and of course politicians suggesting lower rates is the answer.
@KylitoCapital@VladTheInflator Exactly, which is why home prices should curve at the same rate with income overtime. It has not and dramatically eclipse due to greed for asset owners I.E banks. Then suggest rates to be lower is the answer which in turn inflates asset prices again with enabled spending
@KylitoCapital@VladTheInflator Do you agree price should be set by the equilibrium of supply and demand? Demand is much lower than supply due to home affordability. Something is broken in the structure for how the housing market works with pricing.
@KylitoCapital@VladTheInflator You said they just rode the wave right? So just like waves that come down, why are they not okay and pushing aggressively hard with the waves coming to shore and prices to fall on their homes.
