I feel like I'm living in a real life South Park episode, @ComedyCentral. The @Commanders erased REDSKINS in the name of sensitivity, then chose a name associated with a U.S. military COMMAND that massacred nearly 200 Blackfeet women, children, and elders in 1870. You can't make this stuff up.

The saddest part of the @Commanders is not just that they erased Native imagery from their identity. It is that every June, the NFL knows exactly how to celebrate people's lifestyle, but every November, Native American Heritage Month comes and goes without a single word from the team. No post. No tribute. They erased them from the brand, then ignored the month meant to honor them.

#TwoGunsRising The great American Indian warrior who is John Two Guns White Calf, son of Chief White Calf. he is our family’s uncle, my great grandpa is the younger brother of Two Guns. The connection with our family is Washington D.C. when it came to talks about our people and land, my grandfather’s where there while also traveling to the nation’s capital. My family’s history have met with so many people including presidents, governors, senators, mayors and became friends with many of them.
