This game is played with ur butt behind you.
So many P's think using legs = using quads.
They don't utilize the ground b/c they don't hinge.
They fly open and push out b/c they don't use the ground.

It's why the hinge is my favorite pitching drill.

No. Terrible advice. He’s saying put your foot down at different times depending on the pitch. Then swing. I hope you’re good at soccer. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️The launch of the swing puts the foot down. That is how it gets down on time. It’s not needed to launch.
