If an app like Exposr can make $50k/mo just by showing people how healthy the food you are eating is..
then you should probably make one too.
the marketing videos are genius and are formatted like the news
Bro started 3 different SaaS apps. Each one makes $35K+ MRR.
Same playbook every. single. time.
I sat down with @LoicBerthelot to break down exactly how he does it. Here's the top 5% of our chat:
> Loic's 3 apps and what they do (1:33)
> The ONE growth channel doing all the heavy lifting (3:45)
> The Builder-Creator playbook he repeats every time (6:40)
> Why he brings on creators as co-founders (9:07)
> His full tech stack and what it actually costs him to run (11:02)
Anthropic just paid millions to hire Andrej Karpathy.
He gave you the same knowledge for $0 the same week.
Co-founder of OpenAI, former head of AI at Tesla, the man who coined vibe coding.
No recruitment fee, no exclusive access, no $500,000 wire transfer, just a link and 29 minutes.
LLMs are ghosts not animals, vibe coding is dead, Software 3.0 is here...
instead of watching 2 hours of Netflix tonight, watch this 40-minute masterclass from the founder of a $20B China AI company
it's the clearest explanation I've seen of how Agent Swarms and AI systems actually work at scale
useful whether you've never built an agent in your life or have been using Claude every day for the past year
I took the key ideas and turned them into a practical guide on how to actually build with Kimi
find it below
A guy is making $500 a day posting AI baby videos on YouTube.
He scrolls YouTube Kids, finds whatever baby video is getting the most traction that week, and that's his research done.
Drops the concept into Claude. Gets back a full creative direction character description, movement style, mood, everything.
Takes that output straight into Kling 3.0. One prompt. One click. A smooth, bright, perfectly animated baby video renders in minutes.
No downloading. No editing timeline. No software to learn.
Posts it to YouTube. Algorithm picks it up. Parents put it on for their kids. Kids watch it four times in a row. Watch time spikes. YouTube pushes it harder.
The loop runs itself.
$500 a day from videos that take him 20 minutes to make.
He never appears on screen. Never records anything. Never leaves the apps.
Just YouTube for research, Claude for the creative, Kling 3.0 for the visuals, and a upload button.
Four steps. Twenty minutes. $500.
Save this before every parent with a phone figures out the same thing.
A girl makes $11,000 a month from AI videos people call slop
Her entire comeback to the hater is one screen recording.
She screenshots someone else's viral kids video, drops it into ChatGPT and asks for the same thing.
One line: prompt for a video like this.
Seconds later ChatGPT hands back a full prompt.
She pastes it into an AI video tool and out pops a glossy little strawberry princess with a crown, ready to upload.
No camera. No editing.
The whole thing happens on her phone by the pool.
People call it slop while these channels quietly pull millions of views.
Huge views turn into real income.
Kids watch the same clip on loop for hours, so the numbers climb completely on their own.
Save this before the haters realize slop prints more than their salary.

We just crossed $10M in ARR at @Chatbase! 🎉 🎉
And today, we're launching Chatbase as the full harness for customer-facing AI agents.
Similar to how Claude code is a harness for coding agents, Chatbase is the harness for customer experience agents.
That means we give the model the context, tools, workflows, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems to be the best ambassador for your brand.
It's going beyond just solving issues and is giving your customers the best experiences across every channel.
This is a milestone I have been thinking about and obsessed with since day 1, and I am super excited to bring my vision for customer facing agents to life with Chatbase.
Thank you to every one of our customers and to the amazing Chatbase team for getting us here!
Next stop: $100M ARR
today I left the Da Nang Hacker Residency
it was incredible, but not for the reason people probably think
indie hacking is lonely
you work from home
you spend most days alone
it may pay off but you can still feel isolated
the residency gave me something I didn’t realize I missed:
being around people who are chasing the same thing
no distractions
no need to explain why code all day
just talented people, locked in, trying to create their own path
it sounds cheesy, but it made me feel part of a group again
someone once said college is unique because you are surrounded by friends every day, and then you spend the rest of your life trying to find that feeling again
this was one of those rare moments where I found it
very grateful I experienced it
if you ever get the chance to join a hacker residency, do it
How to ACTUALLY get your first 100 users
This guy grew his saas to $3M/year with a playbook anyone can copy:
1) Ranked against every competitor and stole their traffic
2) Built free tools. Embedded his product inside
3) Built demos for strangers on Reddit for free
4) Showed up everywhere his users were
Now? 150,000 users. And counting.
If you have an app, you should be doing this:
> create a library of your reactions
> create a library of your CTAs
> mix pairings
Example: 10 reactions + 10 CTAs
= 100 unique posts
Instagram doesn't shadowban this.
Easiest way to 10x the volume, 10x the results.
