The DTS drama, and focus on personalities is clearly an attempt to attract a greater female audience. By doing so less fans will be interested in STEM just from the types of people targeted.

BREAKING: ARTEMIS III RE-PROFILED, NET 2027

Instead of landing on the moon, Artemis III will be a Low Earth Orbit mission. Orion will exercise alongside one or both landers, Apollo 9 style.

Artemis IV will now be the first landing mission. @NASAAdmin says they are trying to have up to 2 landing attempts in 2028, with 10-month turnarounds of SLS, compared to 3-year turnarounds.
