@bookingcom I’ve asked them to do this and they said they won’t call you and you have to call them. You could look up their contact number on google - why that is a beach of privacy?! It is your responsibility. I’m trying so hard and getting nowhere as you can never get through(but I can!?)

@bookingcom said you can’t get hold of my hotel (which has changed ownership since I booked) but I’ve been able to speak to them via phone&email. You quoted the number and it is old business number but you refuse to try to contact the numbers I have from their website and email😩
