@GMB Are most of those 27% children with SEN that are forced into a mainstream setting because there are no SEN schools? Maybe a little more research into who those children are rather than suggesting that parents are just LAZY.

@GMB maybe 26% of those untrained toilet children have SEN needs & are having to legally go to a mainstream school when the LA can’t find a SEN school due to no spaces! Is this a parent failing or a government failing?! Don’t just make assumptions of parents being lazy!
