@BraggerJulie I think the more you think of christmas as this big important run up to and day of, the harder it is. I'm finding that literally taking it day by day is a tiny bit easier. Hardest thing was putting that ornament with his face on, it just didn't belong there. But deep breathes xxx
@TUIUK the treatment of your customers is an absolute disgrace. the treatment I've seen of people with disabilities at gran canaria airport is shocking. and not a tui member of staff in sight. expect an influx of complaints!
@TUIUK shocking lack of service from tui from start to finish our holiday. Will NEVER be using them again. 3 and a half hour delay heading out to gran canaria, delay now heading home and on wamos air? never heard of them. more will be following in a complaint! ๐ก
@BraggerJulie@easyJet wow any need for all the scam accounts jumping on the back of this. Yeh WhatsApp a mobile number and they'll tell you your entitled to a refund but you have to give them all your personal, bank and card details. Have a day off ๐

Wow @virginmedia your customer service is shocking. Had bill issues EVERY month since March this year. Contacted via WhatsApp as your impossible to call. Now your advisor is refusing to log a formal complaint as requested. Cant wait to cancel my services and move to @skytv
@SJJ33@virginmedia I'm having this exact same issue!! Seems to be a con they have going of overcharging people and then saying they can't refund you?! So I've had funds STOLEN and they won't provide it back? Ombudsman time
@virginmedia yes and has been incorrect every month since March! I've had to contact yous EVERY month when I get the incorrect bill. This time I was told it was sorted but you've actually taken the amount so I'm without these funds. Advisor on WhatsApp is refusing to log a formal complaint
@virginmedia sent a message on WhatsApp chat regarding my bill being wrong AGAIN! For the 4th month in a row, was told I was being passed to an agent 4 an a half hours ago. yet again TERRIBLE service. submitted a complaint online and will be cancelling services and moving to @sky
wow @virginmedia your customer service is shocking!! started a live chat via your WhatsApp option at 8.45pm, the advisor wasted my time until 10pm an then said 'I'm passing you to another agent as my shift has ended', and it's been 40 mins later and still no response. #complaint
@KnowsleyUnison this is absolutely disgusting!!!! how have they been able to get away with this? Speaking from a parent of one of the children who had to start a new nursery today in tears, a child who has always been so confident and smiley! These poor staff and children don't deserve it!
