Absolutely disgusted by @bookingcom’s non-existent and obviously obstructive customer service. Have been trying to cancel flights for next week since last Wednesday. Not possible online and am fed up with being fobbed off. @bookingcom please get in touch or I’m informing ABTA.

@ParcelCompare - your lack of customer service; in fact appalling service is second to none. You placated the audience with a helpful reply and then did nothing. I would urge any readers to use another carrier service unless you want your parcel to get lost and not refunded.

To rant on social media about customer care is not my thing, BUT @ParcelCompare need to be named and shamed. Their tracker said item held in Chinese customs. I ? time it was taking. They investigated. Item lost apparently. Won't pay out because I didn't report item lost earlier😲

This weekend I went to stay with friends. I left my fur children (14 & 6) with a house sitter. I returned to find she hadn’t turned up. Dogs distressed. Mess (obviously). What recourse do I have? I am so, so angry and upset.
