@racketboy I suspect probably starting to move on. Lots of the people starting to collect are too young to have grown up with the nes. Stuff like ps1, N64, Ps2 and Gamcube seem to be in the rise now as the generation who grew up with those consoles have more disposable income
@Maldroth@GameSack@GameSack I have the 16 input version of this too and I like it a lot. It's capped at 60fps though so you won't be able to get higher frame rates on PS5/Series X
@JonComms Sega being forgotten about, consoles being the sole focus over microcomputers, RPGs being made out as a huge deal worldwide despite most of them never getting a pal release, and when people list Japanese and American release dates without european ones
Researching console mods and getting quite confused. Is stuff like the GC Dual and WiiDual HDMI mods better than the consoles running RGB through a Retrotink 5X? @MyLifeInGaming can you help?
@greasycanyon @scully1888 TEARS is exactly what I use too. I like GHOUL and BLOCK as second words to use, depending if I need more vowels or consonants.
Trying to find a uk based modder who can mod my pc engine duo r for RGB video output, but Iโm having a hard time finding one. Does anyone know of one they can recommend?
@Blinkoom Tales of Symphonia, Fire Emblem (GBA), Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, Smash Bros Melee, Smash Bros Brawl, Pokรฉmon gens 1-5. All as a teen - I havenโt really put that time into games once I had disposable income to buy more!
@retro_cables Is it possible to make a Scart cable that's back to front so it can sit nicely in the Retrotink 5x?
Love the device but the scart being back to front is a little frustrating!
@stopskeletons Great video. Super curious if you used my old article on racketboy for some of your research: https://t.co/w3ttouE1PP
There's not a lot of info out there on the system, so it'd be cool to hear if something I made years ago was of some use!
