Because of the Azerbaijani latest aggression posed new threats, long-term genocidal and hate policies, disarmament of our own army and total failure of the Russian peacekeepers’ guarantees, as well as the critical humanitarian crisis, seems the majority of the Artsakh people want to leave but the Lachin Corridor remains blocked by Azerbaijan.
A humanitarian corridor must be opened urgently, letting people decide their own fates.
In parallel strong intl guarantees must be provided to those who remain.
