@easyJetholidays Hi I sent a DM querying the c £500 price increase between the price on your website and the price given by the easyJet agent when amending my holiday and apparently it's my tough luck. Prices can vary when paying the £25 admin fee. #poorcustomerservice
@easyJetholidays I need to escalate a complaint, as the person who dealt with it has not addressed fact it would have been cheaper to cancel my holiday and rebook, rather than pay your admin fee and amend. Your policies do not make this clear & unfair to consumers. #sleazyjet
