The man in this picture is Naser Khan. He is not an ordinary individual but a convicted rapist.

He, along with Kader Khan, Nishat Alam (Ruman Khan), Ali and Sumit Bajaj, raped an Anglo-Indian woman in Kolkata’s posh Park Street area in February 2012.

Naser Khan was sentenced to 10 years in prison but was released 1 year earlier due to ‘good behaviour.’

But there is a Bengali saying ‘স্বভাব যায় না মরলে’ which translates to ‘Habit/ Nature of a person does not change.’

Guess what? Naser Khan is back to his old ways.

On 26th Oct this year, he and his nephew Junaid Khan sexually harassed a woman inside a 5-star hotel.

And the West Bengal police is yet to arrest him (as per media reports)

Naser's nephew Junaid is already following the footsteps of his uncle and will become a full-fledged rapist soon.

In the meantime, the likes of Mamata will ask 'What was the victim doing at that hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning?'
