@joedelhi @Dept_of_AHD Rather than tagging a living being as "Menace", Government should do the duty of conducting Awareness programs regarding ABC rules, Animal Laws, responsibilities of citizens towards these co-inhabitants, Vaccination and sterilization drives, Inclusion of Animal welfare in schools
