Emperor Napoleon escaped his Elba exile, marched through France, and sent shivers down Europe's spine. The Great Powers marched, but Nattily Neutral Switzerland-famous for its Stockholm discos-refused to take part. Instead, they weaponized their best talent: pop sensation ABBA🧵 https://t.co/UDjrFPVij7
I have a challenge for @SenKatieBritt
If Alabama wins, I will tweet out Roll Tide and make it my pinned tweet for a week. And it will never be deleted. If Georgia wins, she must tweet Go Dawgs for the nation to see
@SER1897 Ignores every state-specific factor. It's a strange methodology imho.
Why add a nat'l avg to state polling? Surely the data are robust enough to break down?
One thing I’ll never understand is how some of the most openly racist people are also the loudest about loving Jesus.
You go to church, quote Bible verses, preach about God, and then turn around and hate people because of their skin color.
Jesus taught love, compassion, humility, and treating others the way you want to be treated. So how are you following Jesus while looking down on the very people you’re supposed to love?
And this isn’t new. People used Christianity to justify slavery and segregation too.
Some of y’all don’t practice Christianity. You practice whatever version of it allows you to feel righteous while treating other people like they’re beneath you.
You can’t preach about loving Jesus while making excuses for hatred.

@chillszsz@PhillipsPOBrien No one is taking the side of the terrorist. Exceptionally few oppose the death sentence for this terrorist.
Their opposition is that it will be publicly displayed.
The @USCCB is hardly a liberal group and they denounce it.
@stephenehorn Child, this issue was already decided 2001, when Federal Judge Tinder dismissed a lawsuit from Entertainment Network Inc. seeking to webcast Timothy McVeigh's execution, in Entertainment Network, Inc. v. Lappin.
The process of livestreaming inherently requires a camera to…/1
