Exactly 2 years today, a grave International crime was committed against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra by the Nigerian government who criminally kidnapped him in Kenya and Extraordinarily Renditioned him to Nigeria. His was brutalised, tortured and continue to be subjected to physical, mental and psychological torture in solitary confinement at an underground facility of the Nigerian secret police the DSS. His Fundamental Human Rights were barbarically and violently violated.
What was his crime you may ask, demanding for the Self Determination of the Biafra people as provided by international organisation charters such as the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous peoples and the African Union Charter on Peoples Rights. The reaction of the world community to this glaring crime has been a reverberating silence. They have rather encouraged Nigeria to continue in its impunity because Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a Biafran a Blackman whose life and Rights do not count.

Presently there are covert moves to kill him while in detention. The world must wake up to its responsibility before it is too late.
