@HilaryJCampbell@silverlawn Apparently 'they' reckon that when dogs can tell when their owners are due home it's because they learn how much of the owner's smell is left at the point they normally come home. It's like another dimension.

This was a really good concert - Grace-Evangeline’s piece is fab, and definitely deserves many future performances by other choirs, amateur of professional. It would work particularly well at Aldeburgh @BrittenPears, if @rogerandout56 has space in the diary for maybe 2025 …?

@ASPolice If someone hands in an item of lost property to the police how do you reunite it with its owner? My daughter lost a flute on the way to school today. Police form says I can't report the loss, but redirects me to Report My Loss which will charge me!
@BritishGasWatch Somebody from the Billing and invoices department tried extremely hard to help me eventually yesterday. She was great. It's still not resolved though. 😕
@BritishGasHelp Somebody or somesystem is sending these letters. I can find people who say they can see the invoices on the system but not actually see them or what they're for.
@BritishGasHelp Co. I work for receiving payment demands - now going to debt collectors. We never rec'd the invoices. When I get through on the number on the letters nobody can find what or who these invoices are for. No acct number on letters. What do you suggest we do next?
@BritishGasHelp How do I get hold of the Home Improvements team? 0333 2029543 can't help. 0333 2008899 cut me off. No both numbers require you to choose an option none of which apply, then ask for account number and phone number on the account, which I don't know. Which is the point really.
@BritishGasHelp One of your colleagues messaged me back. Gave me another number to try. They think it may be the Home Improvements team I need to speak with. The number she gave me led me back to the same person who gave her the number to pass on, but she gave me another number.
