@BBCWatchdog @virginmedia yet another day of intermittent email service. Am in a better position than some as I can access historic emails & have some emails coming but I am less than impressed that it is STILL not right. And all Virgin will do is copy and paste a stock answer!

@virginmedia I still can't access my main email account - I keep being asked for a password. I put it in and it isn't recognising it and I am unable to change it! What is going on! This is very, very poor service!
