@jasonlk Fair enough, but I’d argue the typical Wix customer (restaurants, salons, etc.) is non-technical. They aren’t looking at Replit or self hosting, they just want a business that works. Wix is their entire operating system, not just a site builder.

@nirzo All the AI in the world won’t replace e2e website platform with real drag&drop, marketing+sales+support tools for businesses like in Wix. Analysts should actually talk to Wix customers to understand how deeply businesses are rooted in the Wix ecosystem — even if pricing goes 2x

@jasonfried it's just the opposite of "keep it simple" on every aspect. Easy things like filtering or setting a list of tasks is sooo complicated you literally need to read docs to make it work properly
