@cricketingview wow, this is only the 4th Test BAN have played vs. India in India?

@cricketingview also this happened: https://t.co/hKSW0JDYVk

[The Athletic MLB @TheAthleticMLB]

"One of the worst calls I’ve seen this year," manager Bob Melvin said.

"It flipped the entire energy of the game," Fernando Tatis Jr. said. "It was another dagger to us."

An overturned call at the plate in the Padres-Giants game sparked controversy ⤵️

@jameslamanna The Padres would be absolutely ecstatic to have those numbers from their catcher 😀

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview Not bad for a mostly clerical job 🙂

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@MatthewLuckie I remember one where the batsman was attempting an attacking shot. Same result though.

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ESPNcricinfo Now I’m wondering who would make the cut if you used positions 6 and 4 to get the thresholds 🙂

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ESPNcricinfo Ah I see. You’re raising the threshold by one position from the broader class of allrounders to define a “genuine” all rounder. That’s neat.

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ESPNcricinfo Aren’t those good thresholds to use for all rounders then?

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ESPNcricinfo “The figures suggest that a Test XI includes up to eight players who can be considered capable of batting (either as specialists or as capable lower-order bats), and up to six who can be considered capable of bowling (part-time or otherwise)”

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ESPNcricinfo I saw this part and thought it was going to be used to select the thresholds.

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview @ovshake42 Feel for the guy who scored a three ball duck in Jharkhand’s inning

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview Kohli and Sharma were already out, what’s the point of saving reviews 🙂

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@georgemporter It could be a sign that your grant is going to be funded

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview Along those lines, what if Tendulkar played as a bowler?

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@AlbertoDainotti @GeorgiaTech @gtcomputing @gatech_scs Congratulations Alberto! Go Jackets :)

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview you have an extra day to work now that the match finished on day 4

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview I wonder who in this Indian team could have kept if the rules didn’t allow a sub.

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview #intent

[Amogh Dhamdhere @AmoghDhamdhere]

@cricketingview The only reason you’d stand at first slip would be to capture the wicketkeeping spot if it became available
