@NayabSainiBJP@cmohry@dtcphry - Sir, requesting your intervention to check how is construction being allowed along a 16 feet narrow revenue road which is the only access for 2000 residents of IREO Uptown, Sector 66, Gurgaon
IREO Uptown, Sector 66, Ggn has no road & 2000 residents are living with a narrow Revenue Rasta (RR) for 10 yrs.
Now, new construction is being allowed along the same narrow RR.
Is this part of an approved plan @cmohry@Rao_InderjitS@dtcphry@RaoNarbir Kindly look into this
Pakistan remains the only nation that built nuclear weapons while cultivating terrorist proxies for sustained cross-border warfare. Yet the U.S., even as it continues to mollycoddle Pakistan, now expects Islamabad to convince Iran that following the Pakistani path is a dead end.
In effect, the U.S. is asking Pakistan to warn Iran against becoming what Pakistan was allowed to be.
Read this absolute horror story:
In June 2017, a minor girl accused Unnao BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar of rape, but the police refused to register an FIR. After months of inaction, in April 2018, the girl attempted suicide by self-immolation outside the CM’s residence, which finally forced the authorities to file the FIR.
Meanwhile, her father was arrested on false charges and reportedly assaulted in police custody; he later died in hospital due to his injuries. Public outrage followed. Even before any proper investigation had begun, a key witness in this mysterious custodial death was also found dead.
The case was eventually transferred to the CBI. The CBI concluded that the girl’s father died due to injuries inflicted in custody and that the assault was connected to an attempt to pressure and intimidate the victim’s family.
In July 2019, while the victim was travelling to court with her two aunts and lawyer, their car was hit by a truck, killing both her aunts and leaving the victim and the lawyer critically injured, an incident later treated as a deliberate attempt to silence witnesses.
In December 2019, Sengar was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, but by then the victim’s family had already paid an irreparable price. The Unnao rape case had all the elements of an 80s–90s Bollywood villain plot: systemic intimidation, blatant abuse of power, and a trail of destruction that went far beyond the crime itself. But worse was still to come.
Yesterday, the Delhi High Court suspended the jail term and granted bail to Sengar. This is nothing but salt rubbed into the wounds of whatever little the victim’s family has left. An absolute disgrace. After everything they endured, this feels like the system mocking them. Shameful beyond words, and everyone should raise their voice against this.
Congratulations to the Indian Squash Team for creating history and winning their first-ever World Cup title at SDAT Squash World Cup 2025!
Joshna Chinnappa, Abhay Singh, Velavan Senthil Kumar and Anahat Singh have displayed tremendous dedication and determination. Their success has made the entire nation proud. This win will also boost the popularity of squash among our youth.

Top 122 and 192 of the world’s 200 most polluted cities/towns a little past midnight were in India. With 674 plus AQI and life threatening 486 μg/m³ PM 2.5 at 4 am., it was literally a gas chamber! Still, @byadavbjp, Minister in @moefcc gave evasive, bureaucratic replies in the Rajya Sabha.
There is hardly any real difference between @WHO ’s Interim Targets (1–4) for air quality and India’s own National Ambient Air Quality Standards, 2009 notified by @moefcc and @CPCB_OFFICIAL. I have reproduced both for ready reference. There's no need to quibble over quibling or dismissing what all pulmonologis say. The least we can do is to strive to meet these intermediate milestones.
When PM2.5 penetrates the bloodstream irreversibly, the absolute concentration determines long-term health damage, and not whether the AQI is calculated using US, Indian, or EU methods. And for the record, the screen-capture of the top 200 most polluted cities is based entirely on CPCB benchmarks.
@PMOIndia, मौसम का मजा will become a cruel joke unless your office intervenes seriously & decisively on this crucial front, it will no longer be a mere environmental challenge, but for many vulnerable groups (like the old & young children), a drawn out war between life and in some cases, slow untimely death. 🙏
@CAQM_Official also may please review and invoke GRAP-3 in anticipation (as per the Apex Court direction) as the 24 hour average #AQI yesterday was 349 even as per your numbers at 4 p.m. and the corresponding figure for @AQI_India for December 12 was 428.
@Sonal_MK@sardesairajdeep@SaketGokhale@sanket@TheLancet@RahulGandhi@KirenRijiju@IndianExpress@khurpenchh@Mallufideintent@priyankac19 please keep talking about this issue of paramount importance to all of us, lest it should get glossed over again when winters subside.
Big goals start with the right opportunities. ✨

This is among the most polluted days of the year - the AQI count above 600 in several areas, with the PM 2.5 count above 400 in many places. The air pollution map shows a dense spread of pollutants in the NCR - it thins out on Delhi's fringes. With the Supreme Court helpless, the state and central governments having failed entirely in resolving this mess, we are left with no hope but to pray for rains and for the pollution season to end. Real rains, not this artificial rain nonsense which too seems to have failed. @PMOIndia@gupta_rekha@myogiadityanath@BhagwantMann
2.2 million schoolchildren in Delhi already have irreversible lung damage.
Their lungs will never fully grow.
Adults are developing chronic breathlessness and inflammation.
Elders are struggling for every breath.
This air is affecting the lungs, heart, brain, immunity, hormones, and cognitive health of millions across all age groups.
This is not a seasonal or environmental issue.
This is a Public Health Emergency.
As a concerned Indian citizen,
I have filed a PIL in the Supreme Court of India appealing for Clean Air as a Fundamental Right to Life.
This is for our children and their future,
for our elders,
for families who are watching their loved ones get sicker every day,
for the newborns and the babies yet to be born.
We all deserve the right to clean air, clean food, and clean water,
the very basics of life and dignity.
We hold faith and trust in the Supreme Court of India
to guide us forward
for the health, protection, and future of every citizen.
If you believe every breath matters,
join us, and share this.
We deserve to breathe.

I have finally filed a PIL with the supreme court of India 🇮🇳 appealing for clean air for ourselves as Indian 🇮🇳 citizens , a fundamental right in the constitution of India , for our health our families and loved ones , our patients getting sicker day by day , senior citizens , new born baby’s and baby’s to be born .. for every citizen of India … we have a right to clean air , food and water … we trust the hope the supreme court will help us thru this massive journey ahead
Why can't we deal with #AirPollution they ask because that's not the priority. Construction dust is one of the biggest factors surge AQI in majority of #Gurgaon#Gurugram . Yes we have guidelines in place on how the construction sites should operate but where is the enforcement? The construction should have been suspended by now but no it has switched to 24 hours fearing suspension in coming days. When its #realestategoals over residents doom is bound @CAQM_Official@CPCB_OFFICIAL@cmohry #DelhiNCR #AQI
For a minute keep your politics aside, who you voted for aside, whataboutery aside, farm fire vs fire crackers aside and ask yourself just one question.. don’t we need to do a lot more for a better, cleaner future not just for our children but our nation, would it be too much to ask from governments (irrespective of which party in power) to prioritise the air we breathe? Do we ask questions about the silence of the environment ministers, our senior ministers in the cabinet?
Flew in from Mumbai today into Delhi and this is the difference.
We need to do better.
#IMPORTANT
A group of concerned citizens (mostly mothers) from the ‘My Right To Breathe’ campaign sought a brief 15-minute meeting with the Chief Minister of Delhi, @gupta_rekha, to convey their anguish and present a list of demands regarding the #AirPollution emergency in the capital. The @MRTB_India campaign has been consistently raising this issue for years.
Yet, despite repeated requests, the Chief Minister’s Office has refused to grant an appointment. The latest rejection has come today.
What could be more pressing “official engagements” than addressing a public health emergency in the national capital?
Do our elected representatives not have a duty towards those who elected them? After all, this is a group of mothers worried for their children, appealing to another mother for just a few minutes of her time.
Also, when a government chooses silence over dialogue and outright rejects public engagement on an issue this urgent, what options are left for citizens? The @CMODelhi should answer.
This is frankly an outrage. @SarfarazA_54 averages 65-plus in first class cricket, scored a 50 on Test debut and a 150 in a Test we lost, made 92 in his only tour match in England (and a century in the practice match against the full Indian Test team) -- and still finds himself excluded from the selectors' frame of reference.
I am also very glad to see @ajinkyarahane88, @PrithviShaw and @karun126 making runs in the #RanjiTrophy. Our selectors are too quick to discard proven talent in order to take a punt on "potential". These are players who have proven themselves over and over again. Runs in domestic cricket must be valued by the selectors, not just the #IPL; otherwise why should anyone bother to play the Ranji?
#BoycottAsiaCup
If you are watching @BCCI team’s matches . . .
. . . Please spare a thought for those innocents Indians murdered in cold blood at Pahalgam and those soldiers who laid down their lives fighting the paki terrorists for you to live in peace & watch these matches at your homes
Just a thought please
I am boycotting Asia Cup. Are you?

This video from #GurgaonRains is going viral. This probably explains why nobody cares to resolve the mess called #Gurgaon#Gurugram because they don't know the feel of it. Till these MP's MLA's and VIP's are not stuck in traffic for six hours , till their houses are not flooded, till they don't wait for hours for cabs and autos in heavy downpour they will not understand why this city dreads and not adores rain.
