@TeacherBusy Organise to exercise with someone, then it helps keep the commitment. Even better if it is work friends and you encourage each other to leave work. Our job is never done, so we have to do what we can in the available time and then leave it and go for a run 😅💙

@Jennnnnn_x I sometimes ask my niece and nephew about their friends / the class as a whole, can ease them in and then they tell me about their day as well. I like the modelling idea! Highlighting the positives as well as challenges could probably help us all.
