@RogersHelps There is a formal complaint with @CCTS_CPRST. They have given us 20 days. The only resolution that works for me is full cancellation of all unfair charges. @CCTS_CPRST already knows @TELUS poached us & Telus reps confirmed they’ll work with you. Please also note: @CCTS_CPRST is appraised of the phone issue as well. This reflects a repeated pattern of Rogers offloading responsibilities and then charging customers.
