@suhthernspice@SpiritAirlines I had the same experience, they cancelled my flight 2 days in a row claiming bad weather and not providing any accommodations or meal vouchers, until I got into a discussion with the representative. Now taking a 12 + hour trip for what should be a 2+ hour flight. Never again
@SpiritAirlines My confirmation # JITYJS. I change my flight to tomorrow from Miami to Chicago and Chicago to Houston.
Did not receive meal or lodging vouchers. Need to solve this ASAP. 1 cancellation is annoying but 2 in a row is unacceptable.
@SpiritAirlines 2 cancellations back-to-back (Miami → Houston), no hotel, no meals, and customer service is a maze. This is unacceptable—how are you getting me home?
To all my dear students,
You’ve probably heard what’s happening in my country, Iran. For 47 years, we’ve fought this brutal regime for basic human rights, freedom, and dignity. This same regime spreads terrorism worldwide, making your cities less safe too, and now it’s slaughtering its own people on the streets.
Protests exploded over the collapsing economy, but the regime has completely cut off the internet and phone lines to stop the world see its massacre (at least 217 confirmed dead). The judiciary chief just threatened the protestors that there’s no pardon this time. Last time, they executed thousands despite the so called pardons! If they’re not stopped, they’ll kill and execute tens of thousands of innocent people fighting for a normal life.
President Trump has warned them that if they keep killing people, the US will intervene and hit them hard.
Under international law like the UN’s Responsibility to Protect (R2P), when a regime massacres its own civilians, the world is allowed (even obligated) to step in to save lives.
I’m begging you from the bottom of my heart: Can you please do me a huge favor? Retweet this right now and tag @POTUS and @realDonaldTrump so he hears us and steps in to stop the bloodshed before more lives are lost.
We need the world, and America, to stand with us.
Thank you… I’m scared for my people. Please help us. ❤️
Looks like Ionic just lost two board members (Aidoo and Gardner). Celsius, K&E, the UCC and others all lied when they originally accepted the NW bid and said no other quality/compelling bids where received.
@TiffanyFong_ through her sources gave customers a clear look into the bids disproving the legal teams lies and misrepresentation of the bids.
Instead of accepting that their inability to be transparent got them caught and embarrassed K & E has spent over $70,000 in CREDITOR funds to potentially go after another creditor.
What a slap in the face.
Relevant pages attached outlining all the steps they've currently taken against @TiffanyFong_
I suppose the @CelsiusUcc will support going after creditors now too, for exposing their mistruths? Instead of doing the right thing and admitting ya'll fucked up?
Clawbacks by CeFi platforms, which are equivalent to suing retail investors for their own money back (aka theft), are at a CRITICAL point for the crypto industry right now. This issue could singlehandedly put crypto into an ice age by setting the stage for Voyager, FTX, BlockFi, Gemini, and Genesis who are all in similar situations to follow suit. It also opens up the possibility of serious contagion risk leading to cascading defaults/liquidations/bankruptcies and an absolute annihilation of retail and institutional investors' interest in crypto for years to come.
Many of the investors at risk have gotten caught in multiple crypto bankruptcies which leaves them exposed for more than their net worth, or they have lost the funds they're being sued for trading during the crash, or have otherwise spent the funds and are now considering personal bankruptcy or suicide as their only way out.
Voyager, whose lawyers previously declared clawbacks were worthless, have had a complete change of heart and decided to take a page out of Celsius's book and pursue clawbacks against their own customers. The other bankrupt or insolvent CeFi platforms (FTX, Blockfi, Genesis, Gemini) will likely be pressured by their "fiduciary" lawyers to follow suit the moment Celsius or Voyager brings in any money from clawbacks.
Even though the legal arguments for clawbacks are far from a slamdunk due to 2-3 available defenses, the lawyers suing retail are the most experienced, well-qualified, highest-paid bankruptcy lawyers in the world. All the lawyers need to do is send out intimidating demand letters, and many CeFi victims out of fear, or the desire to move on, or a lack of resources to mount a proper legal defense will just pay. The lawyers know this and are exploiting/bullying uninformed or vulnerable crypto investors who can't afford to fight back in court and lose legal expenses on top of their funds.
In just the Celsius case alone, the lawyers stand to potentially make $100-600 million in fees solely on clawbacks over the next several years depending on if they take the cases on a contingency or hourly basis, and how many years the cases last. You can bet your bottom dollar these self-interested lawyers will advocate for clawbacks that benefit themselves at the expense of crypto investors in order to profit from a $100-$600 million dollar windfall all under the guise of being "fiduciaries"
One of the core tenets and most appreciated attributes of crypto is its finality of transactions. Yet here we are with two of the biggest failed crypto platforms about to sue their own customers for cryptocurrency that is the property of the customer, and NOBODY is sounding the alarm bell! This is an extremely dangerous precedent to set as it will lead to a complete unwillingness to trust CeFi platforms for many investors. The erosion of one of crypto's most important qualities (finality of transactions) will also certainly send a chill to many holders making some question the value proposition of crypto itself.
All major crypto platforms that serve investors should consider aligning themselves in this fight to make sure a dangerous precedent that could set back the industry for years isn't allowed.

If you also believe that irreversibility of legitimate, legal transactions is fundamental to a successful crypto future, please help us raise awareness and join the Retail Clawback Protection Group below. The Celsius victims are joining forces with Voyager victims. United we are stronger.

This Celsius situation gets uglier by the day. My vote is to liquidate and move on. I don’t want to be forced to help fund some new company who thinks they can “make it right”. I know better what to do with my reduced funds than anyone else. I’m 100% sure of that.
I will NOT vote for this plan
Give me back my crypto -- NOW!
