🚨 Virgil van Dijk just BLEW the lid off FIFA’s dirty scam!
"Hydration breaks" in air-conditioned stadiums?
This isn’t player welfare — it’s a forced commercial interruption for TV billions, even during Netherlands vs Japan!
FIFA has murdered the beautiful game. They pause the flow, shove ads down our throats, and call it “care.”
Corporate greed over glory. Player passion sold to the highest bidder.
The football world is waking up.
How much longer will we let them destroy our sport?
ENOUGH. Push back NOW!
📺 Meanwhile the Telemundo TV commentator during the hydration break:
"We are one of the only networks in the world to NOT show adverts during the World Cup cooling breaks."
"We prefer the old school way. We should be able to see what the players do. We show fans, people enjoying, not the corporate direction of football." 👏

This is how Satya Nadella expects his senior executives to perform
It is similar to what I describe as "being demanding and supportive" which is my favorite way to operate
The most accurate description of what is about to happen in business, finance, tech, and the US economy comes from Elon Musk.
He calls it a “supersonic tsunami.”
Artificial intelligence and robotics is going to seep into every corner of human life and squeeze out most of the inefficiencies.
Software can do knowledge work better than the white collar folks and robotics can do manual labor better than the blue collar folks.
This is going to make the United States substantially more productive and prosperous in aggregate, but it will create financial and social pain for many people on an individual level.
The natural reaction of most people will be to fight the inevitable future. That is the wrong path. You have to immediately embrace this technology and learn how to harness its power for your own productivity and financial gain.
Use AI and robotics to make money before AI and robotics eliminates your job.
The tsunami is coming.
Only those who act now will be spared.
It's wild (and awesome) to see this happen.
~20 years ago people thought I was INSANE for saying the food pyramid was upside down. When we'd eat out they'd lose their minds at the amount of animal protein and high quality fats I consumed, while avoiding processed carbs.
"How are you not fat?"
"You're going to have a heart attack"
"Something something cholesterol"
It's been fun over the past 2 decades to hear from friends (mostly in the past 5 years) who have started to take an interest in their health.
It usually goes like this:
"So you'll never believe this but remember how I used to think you were going to die and were eating wrong... and how I said you need to start the day with a load of carbs... and how I kept asking how you were not fat... well I finally did some research and switched to eating similarly to you and feel amazing, have lost weight, have more energy and my bloodwork has improved".
It usually takes a LONG time for people who have been propagandized to realize it. Even longer for them to make any changes.
Here are a few LIES you probably believed or STILL believe today.
- Red meat is bad
- Don't eat much meat
- Low fat meat is good
- Trim the fat off meat
- Fat makes you fat
- Too many eggs is bad
- Cholesterol is bad
- High cholesterol is an emergency
- Fat is bad
- Low fat is good
- Salt is bad
- Low salt is good
- Vegetable oils are good, animal fats are bad
- Butter is bad
- Plant protein is the best protein
- Whole grains are the foundation of a good diet
- A calorie is a calorie
- If a product has a "heart health" approved logo on the box, or a 4.5/5 star this or a "tick of approval" or similar IT'S A FKING SCAM AND YOU ARE BEING CONNED
Basically everything you were told about nutrition is completely wrong and the inverse is closer to (if not the actual) true.
Why did this happen?
Big agriculture (specifically producers of grains that we refine into white flour, white bread, breakfast cereals etc) swindled everyone.
Where to from here?
This important, long overdue and extremely good (but imperfect) update for the "Food Pyramid" directly contradicts many of the harmful guidance from around the world.
This will raise many questions and eventually result in some positive changes outside the US.
It also demonstrates an administration that actually cares about the HEALTH and wellbeing of its citizens AND one that is NOT beholden to industry.
"Make America Healthy Again" was not just a slogan. It was a goal.
TDS suffers will instantly begin to speedrun type 2 diabetes by eating as "opposite" to this guidance as possible. But SPOILER ALERT—that's what most people already do and why everyone is FAT and SICK.
This is big.
Now, consumers need to pressure businesses to adapt and adjust to this or lose their business.
Most people are nutritionally illiterate, completely uninterested, have NO idea what is in their foods, no CLUE about their composition (proteins, fats, carbs), don't even know what simple vs complex carbohydrates are and this won't change.
Therefore, those who do care should put pressure on food producers, restaurants, grocers, school lunch/meal providers etc to change in line with this guidance.
This will PASSIVELY improve the health of the SICK and FAT masses who have no interest, will or desire to even think about their health and nutrition.
In short, this new guidance provides massive leverage to push positive change.
Those who are already interested in, and proactive about, their own health and nutrition ALREADY eat in line with this new guidance. This isn't about them. It's about the majority of people who mindlessly consume what is available.
BIG.
One final thing.
You will see literally every single person with a platform who takes a strong interest in their health, nutrition and wellbeing responding to this new food guidance in the EXACT same way—EXTREMELY POSITIVELY.
There may be some slight disagreement around the edges but I guarantee you, the people who have put the time and mental energy into knowing what to eat, will ALL, universally respond to this new guidance as follows:
"This is GREAT, directionally optimal and SOOOOOOOO much better than the upside down shtshow people previously relied upon".
When you see these reactions from LITERALLY EVERYONE who has invested the time into understanding their health and nutrition.... it MAY be a signal that this guidance is a big improvement.
Can't wait to see how the grain industry reacts.
p.s. if your doctor advises against following this new guidance, get a new one.
