@Apple I was setting up a new iPhone 13 and was required by the setup to upgrade to iOS 17.1.1. The phone has been on the Software Update screen for 2 hours with no indication of progress, just a spinning gear icon.

Is this normal or is something wrong?

@ParallelsCares @1Password Turns out the licenses from the bundle can't be used for existing accounts (only new accounts). I purchased the bundle based on your message saying I could apply those licenses to existing accounts. Now I cannot use any of the licenses - who do I contact to get a refund?

@barilome @ParallelsCares @1Password I contacted 1Password today and they said they would be happy to reverse the charges against my CC and apply the promotion from the Parallels bundle. I just needed to send them an email from the email account associated with my 1Password account containing my promotion code.

@joelcochran I binge watched it last week. I’ve never read a Reacher book and after watching I wondered if I wanted to start reading the series, should I start with the second book in the series - as I’ve already watched the first.
