🚨🏔️ This is horrifying. Nepal’s mountains are crying out for the world to listen.
We know that your words move market, your decisions shape every nations/world and also your silence is decision.

The Himalayas are warming, glaciers are changing, and extreme weather is becoming an increasingly dangerous reality for communities across Nepal, entire asia and other parts of the world.

What is happening today is not just Nepal’s problem - it is a warning to the entire world. 🌍⚠️

Nepal 🇳🇵 may be on the front line of the climate crisis, but the consequences will not stop at Nepal’s borders.

If the world continues to ignore the Himalayas, there will come a day when it is simply too late to act.

I'm in Pokhara, #Nepal. Just did a 5-day trek to Poon Hill. Apart from the rain (it's still monsoon), everything was fine. Hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, shops, airports--all operating. Roads are dicey but repairs will start when rains end. Nepal needs tourists!
