Like it happened in Karachi. It’s animal cruelty to chain a dog in a busy street with a tiny chain. And it’s the public nuisance. I don’t want that dog to go through what those Karachi dogs have went through, just because his owners are irresponsible.

these up gradation stories that the department keeps selling us are pretty cliched. We have heard such claims many times. And even if that happens, Lahore is not a place for the species that belong to the cold areas. The bears must be relocated
