@AmazonUK Amazon has been delivering to me for years. In fact I received 2 parcels yesterday, but the third has been attempted twice and still not delivered. I suggest you retrain the driver who cannot find me!!! I would like the now late delivery please!

@AmazonHelp Hi, I placed a repeat order on Amazon for shampoo. On 27 Feb I paid £16.64 for 400ml and clicked to re-order the SAME product. I paid £13.89 but received just 100ml making it MUCH more expensive. No reply from seller and no returns allowed. This is dishonest selling.

@EE Hi Kyle, BIG problems I’m afraid. We have received NO calls on our landline since EE WiFi was installed because EE have replaced our published business landline number!!!! We categorically said we wanted to keep it. Now for 6 working days, we have been out of reach to clients!!

@EE Thanks for replying. We were not connected on time yesterday morning as agreed, causing big problems for us, but EE did resolve that, thanks. Entirely coincidentally, Openreach went down at 17.20hrs wiping out internet again, not EE’s fault! Today it all seems OK though! So far!!
