@KQSupport worst service experience received today. Flight from JNB-NBO-DXB at 10:45 cancelled. Queued for 6 hours to get new flight booked. Limited communication. No organisation of disgruntled travellers. We were not even offered water! No compensation. Disgusting!

@CityPowerJhb Love the fact that YOU took power away for 48 hours, bring it back for 4 hours and then put us on the loadshedding schedule again for not just our allocated 2.5hrs, but decided to switch it back on 15min late. This msg will probably reach nobody or someone that doesn’t care.
