This is One of the Qualities That Makes Peter Obi the Best Man for the Job of President in Nigeria.

Recently, I have heard some Nigerians say things like, ���Peter Obi is too soft. Nigeria needs a strong man. He is too kind. Nigerians do not need a nice person.”

Anytime I hear that, I feel like giving them a hug and telling them that I understand.

I understand that many Nigerians have become used to wicked and heartless leaders who oppress, insult and mistreat them as a form of leadership.

Many Nigerians have been oppressed, harrased and insulted throughout their lives, by; parents, teachers, banks, police, army, politicians, road safety, Lastma, Agbero, conductors, lecturers, and even class rep.

To the point that you got so used to it, that you now see empathy and love as weakness, as if you do not deserve it.

Many Nigerians don't even hug or say I love you to their family members, it is seen as a sign of weakness meanwhile it is a siyof strength, unity and love.

You have been conditioned to admire strong men who insult and treat Nigerians like slaves, to the point that you are now addicted to it.

But I can assure you that empathy is one of the most important qualities a leader can have, especially considering the power that comes with the office of President.

And Peter "Empathy" Obi is an epitome of empathy. Everyone even his critics can testify.

If a man has empathy, he will NOT go on stage in his first day in office, and announce that subsidy is gone, turning your life upside down overnight.

You can no longer afford eggs, milk, or fish, all because you voted for a strong man with zero empathy and understanding, who does not care if you live or perish.

For those who say you don't want Peter Obi or he cannot win because he is too nice. I need to ask you this;

Would you prefer a leader like the minister who boasts about sending people to seize land from innocent Nigerians?

Or the minister who will owe someone 250 million and then organize the police to oppress them?

Or the Obia Akpor Adolf Hitler who insults your parents, and orchestrates a state of emergency to destabilize your state for selfish reasons?

Or the senator who will say, “If you like, go and protest, but we will be eating”?

Are those the kinds of strong men you want to lead you?

Strong men who place their personal interests above the wellbeing of the people because they were never loved and thus lack empathy?

I do not think any Nigerian really wants that; it is just because we have been oppressed for so long that some of us think being cold-hearted and wicked is a virtue.

It is time for Nigerians who have been oppressed, insulted, and cheated for years to experience what empathy feels like; what it feels like to be loved, valued, appreciated, and genuinely cared for.

It is time to elect a leader who will think twice before implementing any policy that will make the prices of eggs, meat, milk and fish unaffordable for ordinary citizens.

Because of empathy, Peter Obi will not be able to sleep as president, until every terrorist and kidnaper is dead and buried, and every corner of Nigeria is safe.

The strong men that you like were busy attending weddings and fishing festivals when 160+ people in Woro, Kwara State were killed and 150 were kidnapped.

The strong men you wish for, refused Peter Obi from visiting Benue State to support people who were suffering, after they failed to protect them.

It is the strong, heartless, evil, wicked man who will sleep in Abuja like a baby while 200 people are being killed in Benue State.

Are those the strong men you want? How would you feel if you were the people of Benue IDPs or the people of Woro in Kwara?

Would you wish for a strong man or a man who has empathy and understanding and who will never fold his hands while you are suffering?

When you are done, just drop every excuse, go out there, register with INEC, and vote Peter Obi.
