Just an hour ago, https://t.co/uSdB3ahkWj announced that it has received approval for a full suite of US CFTC derivatives licenses, becoming the first major cryptocurrency platform globally to hold FCM, DCO, and DCM licenses in America for derivatives. https://t.co/YHqpG97NH8

This means that, effective today, https://t.co/uSdB3ahkWj has become a gateway for crypto ETF launches based on the new generic rules for commodity ETP listing by the SEC. The SEC rules stipulate that there will be no need for individual approvals for crypto ETFs if one of the three criteria below is met:

a) trading on surveillance-covered markets
b) futures trading for at least six months on a designated market
c) or ≥40% exposure via listed ETFs.
