But when White Supremacists like Dylann Roof shot up a black church, or attack the Tree of Life Synagogue, the FBI declined to charge them w/ Domestic Terrorism.

@sueinphilly @dfooch72 Some federal loans do require a cosigner if the student applying does not have good credit (I had no credit history when I applied for my loans). Additionally, federal loans have borrowing limits... only federal loans might not be enough to cover the cost of school.
