Delirium --> it's (basically) never the brain's fault.

Sinus tach --> it's (basically) never the heart's fault.

Volume status and ejection fraction are independent.

A pt can have an EF 20% and still be dry requiring IVF.

I think about empiric transplant listing in those with RVDCC and coronary ostial atresia or stenosis, especially if bilateral. The group in Gainesville has had success with single V VADs. But curious to hear other thoughts!
