Global Liquidity and Settlement Platform for Financial Institutions in Global Payments

[Arf @arf_one]

Arf is bringing settlement liquidity to the @XRP Ledger.

Cross-border payments move trillions of dollars every year, but the capital needed to move that money often remains tied up across markets.

That’s why we’re partnering with @Ripple to bring RLUSD-powered settlement liquidity to licensed cross-border payment companies on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).

[Huma @humafinance]

Huma has crossed $20B in payment volume.

Nearly 3x YoY, up from $7B.

Here’s what’s actually driving the growth and what it means for the industry ↓

[Ripple @Ripple]

Settlement liquidity is exactly the kind of use case @XRP Ledger and RLUSD are built to support.

@Arf_One is bringing its approach to settlement liquidity to the XRP Ledger, using RLUSD to support short-term working capital for licensed payment companies as cross-border payments settle.

[Arf @arf_one]

Arf has scaled to around $10 billion in annual global settlement volume, with capital turning over four times a month. Through this partnership, Arf will provide short-term working capital powered by RLUSD, deployed and repaid as cross-border payments settle.

This marks the first phase of a broader initiative to bring settlement liquidity to XRPL, with deeper integration planned as XRPL’s native lending infrastructure becomes available.

By connecting regulated financial infrastructure with onchain infrastructure, we’re taking another step toward helping liquidity move as efficiently as payments.

Stablecoin cards are evolving, and the infrastructure behind them is becoming increasingly important.

As card programs scale, liquidity, FX and settlement remain key parts of the ecosystem.

Great to see Arf featured in @FPrimeCapital overview of today’s stablecoin card infrastructure stack.

Cross-border payments still rely on prefunded accounts, with an estimated $4 trillion in settlement funds locked up to support same-day settlement.

At @Sibos 2026 in Miami, @thefintechtimes spoke with @alierhat about settlement liquidity, the evolving role of stablecoins and deposit tokens, and how AI-native payments could change the way money moves across borders.

A payment may move in seconds. The capital behind it has a different journey.

“Settlement is instant. Liquidity never is.”

Stablecoins can move value across borders in seconds. But for that transaction to work in the real world, the right liquidity still needs to be there on the other side. That’s where the real infrastructure challenge begins.

In the Fall 2026 Pre-@Sibos Edition of @FinTechBoostUP, @elbruzyilmaz explores why sustainable stablecoin adoption is about more than moving value on-chain. It requires the liquidity, regulated infrastructure and financial relationships to make that movement work in practice.
