We sell a lot of assignments. So I can say it truly depends on the deal. Just because it’s an assignment and it’s an a discount, does not mean it’s a better or worse deal compared to resale. We have some assignments that are less than resale. So it’s important to be educated in that space when buying:)

@jesse_kleine Every real estate transaction should be treated as an investment regardless of the intention for purchase, even if the consumer may not be looking at it as such and their agent should advise on that.
