@JonahLupton 5) Do dumbbell exercises in front of the rack, where others have to navigate around you to pick up a dumbbell off the rack.

I've seen people do lateral raises while right in front of rack 😂

I prefer a company that gives large SBC, since it attracts better talent & shows employees believe stock will go up. Why would employees want to be paid in something they believe will lose value.
