Bad road conditions. No proper action even after raising requests in CM Cell aswell. Road disappeared after rains.

Airtel network completely down from yesterday evening in Padur, Chennai. App show it will be up in 2 hrs from yesterday. Couldn't not reach customer support or not able to create ticket. Very pathetic service @airtelindia Worst @Airtel_Presence
