Clinicians are already using AI, but governance is still catching up.

Reported findings:
• 97% independent clinical AI use
• 87% verified outputs when AI conflicted with judgment
• 68% reported no clear institutional AI policies

AI adoption is no longer theoretical. Responsible, clinician-led governance is now essential.
