@IDBI_Bank Still I have been charged for toll at Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Atal Setu. Today is 3rd day post EV toll waiver notification but still amt is getting deducted from FASTag . Need immediate intervention and full money refund from IDBI. @RBI @IDBI_Bank @FASTag_NETC @CMOMaharashtra

@FASTag_NETC What is merit….if toll if free for EV then it must not be deducted…..and if deducted by mistake due to some technical reason then it must refunded immediately. Pl do not make the things complicated. @IDBI_Bank

@Sea_is_my_Home @Mumbai2PuneEway FASTag is issued against your vehicle registration number and vehicle is already registered in RTO as EV then why again all these processes. BTW, still I dint think that Govt has put a transparent process of Toll waiver for EV’s.
