...non trivial for me. Learnt a lot from him & few other friends on diff perspectives, and how to eval things differently. What I can vouch for is that, even if worst case you don't end up getting an offer from one of his companies - you'd still have fun interacting with him!
I don't write much here. But thought would share some thoughts here. If you're a candidate looking for a switch, I'd strongly recommend reaching out to @_svs_ ! I was recently looking for a shift from big tech to more 0-1 places, and can vouch for how super helpful Siddharth was.
On https://t.co/8rhh7ReA3O, we turn our email conversations into cover letters for your roles. We go deep into your experience as relevant to the job you're applying for.
If you get an email like this from me, please answer in detail. I want to see how you work in writing.
GPTs are awesome!
...spammed with interviews with random companies. Interview to offer acceptance ratio auto increases. You typically need a non-trivial mental model switch (wrt eval a company, offer etc etc) when making a career move from big tech to startups. Idk for others but it was...
@Kenu73 Yeah people just do mostly the touristy things when visiting EU for the first time. It's just natural instinct. Next time I'm in EU, it's going to be staying put in a single country (at max few cities) - & actually enjoying the laid back vibes rather than run to cover everything.
@Kenu73 I had spent a couple days in Brussels before heading to Brugge. Brussels is so overrated, even the waffles, hot ๐ซ, and everything else is so much more better in Brugge. I hope ppl keep flocking to Brussels only, so we can enjoy Brugge just as much when we are there next again ๐
@mushkilwaqt@Publisethi what most people chase for is financial independence rather than retiring early as much. Don't think anyone would want to be idle after getting to the stage of fin independence early either. It's more about living life on your own terms once you're there - passion, interests etc.
@devenmehta14@theniyo agree on the info part from Niyo, they could have made it more explicit. But unfortunately so is the case with other banks/fintech too if you don't know what a secured card is while applying. Also don't worry too much about CIBIL, there's no such "drastic" drop in most cases :)
@QuickScanTheApp In terms of importance,
1. Support for folders for organising individual scanned docs like GeniusScan (https://t.co/8dQZVVh8M7) supports.
2. Touchid/faceid lock for opening the app - useful in case of confidential scans.
